Hi Friends! Hope everyone had a great week. This week I was featured on the Pickler and Ben show out in Nashville where I showed them how to make my paleo chocolate fudge from Celebrations. It was so fun and their studio was absolutely gorgeous! For my weekly Facebook live I showed you guys how to prep your turkey for Thanksgiving with my brine recipe from Celebrations, if you missed it you can watch it below! I will be going live again this Tuesday so stay tuned for what I make! I uploaded a new video and shared my recipe for my Paleo Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins. I also shared a video where I make my Apple Sausage Stuffing from the Thanksgiving section of Celebrations. If you are enjoying the videos I have been posting make sure to subscribe so you don't miss out! I upload a new one every Wednesday!
For my US followers, who is ready for their big Thanksgiving feast?! I am excited this year I won't be doing all the cooking and will have helpers bringing different dishes from Celebrations! It's always fun gathering family or friends to help cook in the kitchen. If you haven't already checked it out I have a couple of blog posts up on how to prepare for the big day. I know it can be overwhelming on where to start when cooking such a large meal so I have created a timeline that will help you stay organized and at ease. I also created a full recipe roundup that give you different options for all your meals throughout the day from Celebrations and my blog. One of my favorite parts of Thanksgiving is always the leftovers! So I created a list of ideas that you can use to make your Thanksgiving meal last a little bit longer. There is also a shopping guide and a shopping list to make sure you don't forget anything at the store! I can't wait to see all your creations next week, so don't forget to use the #Celebrations and happy cooking 🙂
The ultimate grain-free Thanksgiving recipe roundup is on my blog!
Gosh I love receiving stories like these. ❤️❤️❤️
I showed the Pickler and Ben Show how to make my Christmas Fudge from Celebrations. The episode aired Wednesday! Molly Sims and Mandy Harvey were also in the episode.
This week for my weekly Facebook live I showed you how I prep my turkey for Thanksgiving using my turkey brine.
I made a step-by-step video of my favorite paleo Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins. They are full of autumn spices and are the best paleo pumpkin muffins around! You can find the full recipe here.
Last year I made my stuffing from Celebrations with my grain-free corn bread instead of my blender bread. I’m torn this year! Which are you going to make?
You can find the full recipe here!
Also I fully realize I’m wearing the same sweater here from a year ago as I did in my Facebook live earlier this week. Apparently it’s my Thanksgiving sweater! ?? ?
Love my siblings. I hope my kids grow up and love to hang out as adults like we do!

Thank you for your positive spirit and great recipes! You’ve made my gf and df preference journey fun. I also appreciate that your videos are something I can watch with my 6 year old without concern of what she may hear. I can’t wait for Thanksgiving because of Celebrations!!!

My family prefers Pumpkin Cheesecake to pie. Not sure how to alter the cheesecake recipe to do so (obviously add pumpkin but how much and spice amounts to go with? Do I need to subtract ingredients to account for the liquid? other foreseeable issues?) and was thinking of using the Gingersnap recipe as a crust….thoughts? Thanks in advance Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
