This Instant Pot Whole30 compliant sauce recipe went out for my recipe of the day email for the September Whole30, but there’s a video and the full recipe (omit the honey) here if you want to make it!

 

It’s hard to believe it was 2 years ago this month that I released Celebrations and hit the road to meet all of you!!

And NOW we’re planning the Eat What You Love Book tour. We narrowed it down to 12 cities and tickets went on sale for the first 3️⃣ events on MONDAY!! The others will follow shortly!

This isn’t your regular ol’book tour though!!

Grass-fed meats and dairy have become really important to me over the last few years after learning so much about conventional alternatives.

But when I first switched my diet back in 2009, I had no idea that the quality of the food I was eating was also important. I still bought conventional produce and meats. I also still used toxic cleaners in my house, and on my skin. It’s a process, and I’m always learning and trying to do better.

I also had no idea until just last year that cows raised on a diet of 100% grass/hay produced meat and milk that was 2-3 times higher in omega-3 fatty acids.

AND I didn’t realize that most non-organic dairy and meat contains pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics and artificial hormones.
