DANIELLE’S DIGEST: WEEK OF JULY 23RD

Hi everyone! This week's digest includes a new video for my Granny Sarella's Spaghetti Sauce – modified for the Instant Pot, what I ate this week, and a sneak peak into a special bonus chapter for everyone who pre-ordered my new book, Eat What You Love.

Artichokes in the Instant Pot are my new favorite thing. I cut them in half and clean out the choke and put about 1 cup of water in the bottom. 5-7 min on high then I finish by grilling them! There’s a full recipe for grilling them plus an amazing sauce in my first book (red shirt)!

 

Happy Friday!! Do you remember Chili’s restaurant? They’ve all closed around here so I don’t know if it’s still around, but my FAVORITE thing was their skillet queso. It had chunks of taco-seasoned beef in it and my dad and I could clear out a whole thing in 5 minutes. I’m thinking of taking my taco seasoning and adding it to some beef and try adding it to my dairy-free/nut-free nacho cheese sauce this weekend. Thoughts?!
