DANIELLE’S DIGEST: WEEK OF OCTOBER 30

[ssba]

Happy November everyone! I hope everyone had a happy Halloween and enjoyed yummy treats from Celebrations! Thank you to everyone who shared what they made. I loved seeing all your pictures! This week I shared a step by step video for my Mulled Apple Cider recipe  originally found in my first book Against All Grain, but I decided to share it with you all on my blog! I also shared my Smoky Candied Bacon Sweet Potatoes on Facebook, which can also be found in the Thanksgiving section of Celebrations! Thanksgiving is less than 3 weeks away so you have plenty of time to order it on Amazon and start planning! I can't wait to share some more videos and recipes in the coming weeks, so stay tuned!

Screen Shot 2017-11-02 at 12.55.20 PMThanks for sharing your pictures of my Meals Made Simple book at Costco this week!
They still have copies if you haven’t gotten one yet! If you don't see it on the tables, check with an associate and ask for item number 1043835.

Screen Shot 2017-11-02 at 1.03.00 PMHappy Halloween from the Bash Brothers, Coach LaDadda, Stomper the ?, and their☝️fan.
Hope you all had a safe and fun night!

Screen Shot 2017-11-02 at 1.05.38 PMIt was Brothers Bash most of the time ? Asher is a massive A’s fan and this family costume was all his idea. He wanted to be Mark McGwire and Easton to be Jose Canseco and Ryan to be Tony La Russa (aka La Dadda). Kezia was the mascot Stomper but we lost her elephant hat ?
I don’t really like Halloween honestly, but I do love the costumes and seeing how excited the kids get! Easton ran around all night saying Trick or Treating, Happy Halloween and thank you! So cute.

I could drink spiced apple cider every night of the week during the fall and winter. Ryan likes to spike his with bourbon.

This recipe was published in my very first cookbook Against all Grain on page 338 in the beverage chapter, and I shared it on the blog with this step-by-step video!
