Mulled Apple Cider

A piping hot cup of mulled apple cider.

I could drink Mulled Apple Cider every night of the week during fall and winter. This recipe was published in my very first cookbook Against all Grain on page 338 in the beverage chapter, and I'm sharing it here with you on the blog today with a step-by-step  video! Unfiltered apple cider is heated on the stovetop (or crockpot!) with spices and citrus to create an incredible autumnal beverage.

This cider would be the perfect ending to a Thanksgiving feast. If you're newly grain and dairy-free, and are wondering what you are going to eat this year – check out just a few of the incredible food from the Thanksgiving chapter in Celebrations below!
