DANIELLE’S DIGEST: WEEK OF OCTOBER 17

[ssba]

I hope everyone had a good week and is getting ready for Halloween. If you don't have a copy of Celebrations yet, there is still time to get it on amazon before Halloween. There is a whole section for spooky Halloween treats as well as a section with more refined recipes for an Autumn dinner party. This week I was busy shooting videos to accompany a few of the Christmas treat recipes in Celebrations that will be released soon so stay tuned!

Screen Shot 2017-10-17 at 12.20.08 AMWhen you meet the owner of Breadsrsly and she offers you a loaf of gluten-free seeded sourdough, you accept and make your hubby a happy man with a breakfast sandwich. There’s grass-fed raw cheddar cheese, avocado oil mayo, an egg with a slightly runny yolk, and there’s some bacon hiding under there.

I loved seeing all of your Spider Cookies from Celebrations!! These are egg/nut/Grain/dairy free and they’re similar to a peanut butter blossom!
By the way- if you prefer them chewy and a little more plump looking – chill the dough overnight or use cold ingredients!

The book is on sale on Amazon! Grab a copy so you have the recipes now and the videos will be an awesome bonus for the visual learner when I release them!

I have some other videos for recipes in the book already if you want to see them!

Creamed Spinach

Cinnamon Rolls

Shortbread Cookies

The PSL—it takes over every coffee shop in town as soon as September rolls around, but it is full of sugar and artificial ingredients. I first published this recipe here on my blog a few years ago, and it became such a huge fan-favorite that I included it in the Thanksgiving chapter of my holiday and special occasion inspired cookbook Celebrations. I'm sharing it here again today because I made a step by step video for you!

See the full recipe here.
