Wake up with the Walkers – Honey Sweetened Cherry Limeade!
We are back making 2 different summer beverages for you guys! I don’t usually buy juice, so anytime Ryan and I are juicing lemons or limes for cocktails or dinner recipes, the kids always ask for their favorite quick Paleo lemonade.
I just posted a honey simple syrup recipe for you guys on the blog, and we use that in this quick and easy refined sugar-free Lemonade and Cherry Limeade. Watch us make them, and make yourself a glass this week to beat the heat!
Single Serve Honey Sweetened Lemonade
2 ounces fresh lemon juice
2 ounces Honey Simple Syrup
4 ounces cold water
Cherry Limeade (serves 4)
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup tart, unsweetened cherry juice
2/3 cup Honey Simple Syrup
8.5 ounces sparkling water
Our first day date since February to visit my brother and his family in their new home of Sonoma! We rode bikes to Scribe Winery, had a socially distanced picnic and a few glasses of wine, and enjoyed the gorgeous weather. So grateful to live 45 minutes from the beauty of wine country.

I always went for the vanilla ice-cream sandwiches, Bomb Pops, and those somewhat creamy but tart cartoon character faces like Sonic or Tweety Bird. I’m pretty sure they had gumball eyeballs too, which was like a BOGO in my book!
