I've been so busy filming videos to show you all of my new Christmas treats from Celebrations, and a few favorite holiday recipes from the blog and my first 2 books. I know so many of you are visual learners, and I think watching a cooking video really helps to ease the anxiety that can come with special diet cooking. I hope you are all finding these videos, and my weekly Facebook Live videos useful and helpful!
This week I'm sharing videos for my Chocolate Pudding Pie, Christmas Fudge, Gingerbread Cookies, Buckeyes, Peppermint Chocolate Macaroons, and Pancakes!

Good Morning Danielle in your Celebration’s Cookbook your Whipped Cream recipe calls for cacao butter…can that be substituted with coconut butter??? if not any other substitutions you would recommend for cacao butter in your recipe?
Thank You!
Danielle
You could try subbing grass-fed butter or coconut oil but the texture will be very different. You could give the coconut butter a try – have fun experimenting!

I have heard you mention that you make your own baking powder, will you share that recipe?

Nvm, my Celebrations book just got here ? I didn’t realize it was in there!

I am on a grain-fee diet for the next week for the Jewish holiday Passover. I would love to make these pancakes. Cream of tartar is probably something I cannot find with a Kosher for Passover certification. Is there a substitute for your baking powder mixture?
