Thanks Danielle for going the extra mile to help me and my hubs stay compliant during this whole 30 adventure and have many options out of your delicious cookbooks. And thanks for working toward offering more instant pot recipes.

Hi Danielle, I’m not sure you read your comments, or the best way to get in touch with you – I know you’re a busy mama! – but I was wondering if you’ve ever created a post for newly crunchy mamas 🙂 who are so completely overwhelmed by what they’re learning and discovering about their/their kids health and don’t even know where to begin on this new path. There is just so much to take in! What would be your advice on step 1? Or maybe steps 1-3. 🙂 I want to be all in but I’m paralyzed with the amount of information I’m reading. I would love your advice on what to do first to get myself and my family on the right track to this completely new lifestyle.
Thank you!
Ginny

I don’t have it all in one place, but the beginning of my Meals Made Simple book is a good place to start.

hello Danielle and thank you for your kind support for the Whole30 Challenge : ) I have one question for you. Why aren’t the wraps Whole30 compliant? I appreciate your help ; )
Ross
I’ve just read the “can I have section” of the book and can see why the wraps are not compliant, although almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour are allowed. Thank you !
Danielle
Yes the ingredients are technically compliant, but the wraps are not.

You can just download the PDFs free of charge. I have just outlined which recipes are Whole30 compliant and how to easily modify recipes to be Whole30 compliant.
