This one is a Cuisinart, but I suggest getting the InstaPot that is in my Amazon store because it does not have a non-stick inner coating. https://astore.amazon.com/againstallgrain-20/detail/B00FLYWNYQ

Question…would it hurt the nutrition content in the bones to roast them first to get that roasted beef flavor?

Not at all! It actually does wonders for the flavors if you have time. Just make sure to pour all of those great pan juices into the stock pot!

Hi Michelle – Thank you for pointing that out. I planned on cooking the remaining chicken and veggies directly after the video to serve everyone lunch so I knew that there wouldn’t be a contamination issue. 🙂

Danielle, I just recently purchased your first book and I’m so excited to get started! I’m trying to get stocked up on all the ingredients you use and am wondering about purchasing food products from Amazon? As a cosmetologist and essential oil user I have always understood not to purchase hair products and essential oils from them b/c it is too easy to open, dilute, change, and re-seal….so I’m hesitant to order food ingredients….what are your thoughts? Thank you! I’m so eager to get started and sort of feel like I’m in that movie “Julia & Julia” working my way through your cookbooks! Lol
