My family all went in on this machine as a gift for me a couple of years ago and I have not had a moment of dissatisfaction with it since. We use it to make jerky, fruit roll-ups, crackers, and even dairy-free yogurt which is featured in my book. I wanted something that was entirely stainless steel so there wasn't a chance of plastic leaching into my foods and had the capacity to do a lot of food at once, so the TSM was the only way to go.
