This week on the Digest, you'll see how we welcomed Spring, food inspiration, and some information on an event that I'll be participating in pretty soon!
This little guy just loves watching brother play soccer!
A quick and easy lunch. Chicken, Enchilada Sauce, bacon, and my Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing all in a sweet potato.
Who's making my (nut-free) Carrot Cake Cupcakes for Easter? Last year I baked the batter as a cake instead and used a lactose-free cultured cream cheese to make the frosting. I bet Kite Hill Cheese almond based cream cheese would also be amazing!
You can find these in my second cookbook, Meals Made Simple.
I have a stack of new books to thumb through and I got to start with this one by Dr. Frank Lipman when the baby was napping, and Asher was at a birthday party.
It's starting to look a lot like Spring… which means we brought out Easton's swing!
I'm so excited to get to be a part of this great event benefiting the Julia Child Foundation. If you're in Southern California, come out and sit in on my class on Saturday, April 16!
