I have frequently professed my love of Le Creuset cookware. Now, I have the same fondness for their bakeware. In the past, I have always done casseroles and the like in glass pyrex dishes, but after using Le Creuset's stoneware baking dishes, I am smitten.

These  baking dishes can be used for anything from Lasagnas to Cakes, and are the optimal choice for one-dish baking and serving. They are broiler, oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe; making them the perfect choice for your day to day cooking. The high-quality exterior enamel protects against metal marks and other damage, while the interior is resistant to staining and flavor/odor absorption and easily releases foods for quick cleanup.
